Booking Policy
Nail services are offered by appointments ONLY. The most efficient way to contact Tanya is to send a text message to her cellphone (608) 406-0967 indicating:
✅ What service you are interested in - Rubber base manicure or Pro Rx Nails
✅ What days and times will work for you (Wednesdays and Sundays are Tanya's days off)
✅ If you have any product on your nails that will need to be removed during the appointment (dip system, acrylics, hard gels, gel polish)
✅ Send the pictures of your nails at the current conditions.
Approximately 24 hours before your appointment, you will get a text reminder about your service and it's your responsibility to confirm it by replying "Y". If Tanya doesn't get a confirmation in a timely manner, she reserves the right to cancel your appointment and book the next person in a waiting list.
Cancellation Policy
48 hours of cancellation notice is required. You will be charged 50% of the cost of the missed service and suspended from future booking without 100% prepayment. NO CALL, NO SHOW - NO further booking.
